Thanks to the micro-finely honed stainless steel blades, this professional mandoline can handle even the hardest fruits and vegetables.
THE MANDOLINE SlLICER THAT DOES IT ALL! – By simply pressing the button on the side of the slicer, you can swap out the inserts. The blade inserts allow you to cut fine dices and strips in different thicknesses. Perfect for dicing onions or preparing vegetable stir-fries & salads. The vegetable slicer is also ideal for professional use in the catering industry.
SAFE & EASY TO USE – The set includes a safety guard / fruit holder. The fruit holder serves as a finger guard and protects your fingers from the sharp blades while you can process the fruits & vegetables completely. Our V5 Slicer has non-slip rubber feet that prevents the vegetable slicer from slipping while slicing.
EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade and also rinse the safety guard / fruit holder under running water. The V-slicer can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
