G2 uses 4 dry batteries that can provide power for 180 days (depending on usage). In case of low battery, the equipped key can also be used to unlock the door or the power bank can be used for emergency charging.

Can I use the app to unlock?
Sure, the Tuya app can connect to the G2 smart lock via Bluetooth and enable close range app lock on/off.
Can the G2 Lock connect to a smart assistant to achieve voice unlocking?
No, the G2 does not have built-in Wi-Fi and cannot connect to the Internet, so it cannot connect to a smart assistant to open the door with voice, but the G3 smart lock can.
