The stainless steel 12 SS CCA Grinder attachment greatly expands your commercial mixer’s usefulness and also works with power bases and other machines with Hobart-style power hubs. Comes with a stainless steel pan, stomper, two grinder plates (5/16″ and 1/4″), grinder knife, cylinder ring and worm, and knives fit this attachment. The 22 SS CCA is a stainless steel meet grinder that fits a standard #12 power hub but uses 22-size plates and knives. This grinder should NOT be used to process poultry, seafood, cheese, or vegetables – beef, pork, and venison only. The attachments for this product fit most Mixers, Grinders, Food Cutters, and Power Units with standard Hobart-style size #12. The components for the attachments are intended as replacement parts only for Alfa attachments and not for equivalent products from different manufacturers. Approved and listed by the NSF.
