If some lights are not on, please try the following methods. Method 1: Use the remote control to adjust the number of pixels on the light strip, long press “White” till blink, then press brightness up/down to change pixel num to light up all lights. Method 2: Use the APP to adjust the number of light strip pixels, after the light strip connected to the APP, click the setting icon in the upper right corner of the Device Control page, then adjust the number of pixels in the “Length of light strip”. Adjusting the pixel of the 16.4 feet light strip to 80 can make the light strip fully lit, adjusting the pixel of the 32.8 feet light strip to 160 can make the light strip fully lit
DIY Tips: 1.Cut the light strip along the cutting marks. 2.Confirm that the positive and negative poles correspond to each other. （Please make sure two wires and two pins must on the same side if you use long connector.） 3.Please turn off the power and unplug the plug before connecting, peel off the adhesive paper first, then insert the strip into the connector at both ends. 4.
