We take the curcumin and insert it into the heads of phospholipids (from sunflower, not soy). These are the same phospholipids that make up our cellular membranes, vastly improving absorption!
★ Curcuma longa extract ★ Curcumin is extracted from turmeric, a.k.a. Curcuma longa, a popular, all-around herbal solution that’s been popular for centuries, especially in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. Meriva is a mix of curcumin and phospholipids, together making up our Intelligent Labs Curcumin Phytosome. Meriva is also standardized to contain 18-22% curcuminoids.
