How can I enhance the fragrance diffusion?
For a stronger scent, increase the number of reeds or replace them with new ones. If the scent weakens over time, flip the reeds.
I just placed the sticks, but I don’t smell anything.
The diffusion rate varies with the size, temperature, and humidity of the space. Usually, it starts diffusing after 20-30 minutes, so please wait a bit.
The liquid is depleting too quickly.
Each reed absorbs about 15-20ml of liquid from the time it’s placed. With three reeds, up to 60ml can be absorbed within 24 hours.
What is the usage period?
The diffuser can be used for 2-3 months after opening. However, in dry or well-ventilated areas, or with many used reeds, the duration may be shorter.
