Heavy Duty 3500 Watt (Locked Motor Wattage)
The STX Turboforce 3500-TFHD Grinder is powered by a Heavy Duty 3500 Watt (Locked Motor Wattage) Motor.
2 of the Reduction Gears are manufactured from Tempered/Hardened Steel and the 3rd (Main Drive) Gear is manufactured from POM (Polyoxymethylene).
2 Speeds & Reverse
The STX Turboforce 3500-TFHD comes with 2 Forward Speeds (High & Low) for Grinding & Stuffing Sausage & a Reverse Speed to use if something gets caught inside the Grinding Head.
Circuit Breaker/Reset Button
You will find a Circuit Breaker/Reset Button on the Bottom of the grinder.
Should the motor overheat (very seldom happens) or something gets caught inside the grinding head, the Circuit Breaker will stop the grinder. Then all you have to do is take out what is caught, wait for 30 seconds and then push the Red Reset Button to start grinding again.
Meat Tray Bracket
Since the Meat Tray is a High Capacity Meat Tray and holds 3 lbs of meat to be ground, we have added a Meat Tray Bracket to the grinder.
This Meat Tray Bracket helps hold the Meat Tray in place while grinding.
Size #12 Grinding Head
Unlike smaller size #5 or #8 grinders, this size #12 grinder features a durable 100% polished cast aluminum grinding head, auger and meat pan. These parts are Not Coated. The auger features AVI Technology (Advanced Variable Intake) and, when combined with the 2 1/8 inch, High Capacity Meat Tray Feeder opening, you are capable of grinding much larger portion sizes of meat in a much shorter time.
These parts should NOT be washed in the dishwasher, but should be washed with a mild detergent (like Dawn Liquid) and hot water, towel dried and stored in a dry place.
3 Stainless Steel Cutting Blades
The STX Turboforce 3500-TFHD comes with 3 each Stainless Steel Cutting Blades. These high quality blades can be washed by hand or placed in the dishwasher.
These cutting blades are manufactured from 304 Food Grade Stainless Steel and can be washed in the dishwasher or with a liquid dish washing detergent (like Dawn) and towel dried.
4 Tempered/Hardened Steel Grinding Plates and Sausage Stuffing Plate
4 Sizes of Grinding Plates come standard with this unit. These Grinding Plates are manufactured from Hardened/Tempered Steel.

These plates should NOT be washed in the dishwasher, but should be washed with a mild liquid dish washing detergent and hot water, towel dried and stored in a dry place.
Foot Pedal
An On/Off Electric Foot Pedal is included with this grinder for Hands Free operation of the meat grinder.
This is especially handy when stuffing sausage.
Please note that you Do Not have to use the foot pedal to control the grinder. When the grinder is not connected to the foot pedal, the switches on the side of the grinder control the unit.
STX Turboforce 3500-TFHD Sausage Tubes & Kubbe/Kibbi
3 Sizes Sausage Tubes and Stuffing Adapter
A Set of 3 Sizes of Sausage Stuffing Tubes along with the Adapter are also included with this grinder.
The Diameter of the Sausage Stuffing Tubes are 3/4 Inch, 5/8 Inch and 1/2 Inch and come with an adapter for stuffing with any of the 3 size
New Style Ergonomic Meat Pusher with Storage for Sausage Tubes
We have designed a New Ergonomic Style of Meat Pusher for stuffing your raw meat down into the grinder.
Although this grinder will normally just pull the meat down into the auger to be ground if you strip it properly for grinding, you can just use the palm of your hand on the top of this pusher instead of gripping it with your hands when you need to use it.
Parts Packed in One
In the above photo you can see that the top of the Meat Pusher opens up and you can store your Sausage Tube Set inside of it.
If you do store the Sausage Tubes inside this pusher, we suggest that you dry them thoroughly before storing them so condensation does not build up inside the pusher.
Kubbe/Kibbe Attachment
A Kubbe (also know as Kibbe) Attachment also comes with this grinder.
For those of you who are not familiar with Kubbes, they are Traditional Middle Eastern Dish comprised of a cylinder-like shell which is typically made from lamb and bulghar wheat. The center is then stuffed with a spiced minced lamb filling and the ends are sealed to form the Kubbe which is then Deep-Fried.
Meat Claws
These Meat Claws are great for Shredding Cooked Meat, but we found that they are Great To Use to hold down a Piece of Meat to cut it into strips or cubes to be ground in this grinder.
These Multi-Prong Claws also give you the solid grip that you need for transferring or cutting your favorite hot or slippery foods.
And when you want to shred pork or other meats, no problem. These claws can get the job done.
