This is disc #3 which is the second disc in counting from the dial.
Brand new from a complete set so may shows signs of minor wear from handling.
Does not include instructions. Many videos can be found online how to take apart and repair your dumbbells. Very easy to do with a just a couple tools.
OEM Part not 3D printed.
These are only compatible with Bowflex models. They are not compatible with any aftermarket or replica models.
